Summer Epsilon Schedule

Changes for Summer 2009

Your images will be printed once during the day. Your files must be in the Mac Hot Folder on the computer in room 002 by 9:00am and the prints will be ready to be picked up at the cave at 5:30pm. Anything submitted after 9:00am will be ready for pickup the next day at 5:30pm.

The way the Epsilon Print Service works...

The Epsilon Printer will be operated in a "Print Service" manner. Students will submit files on a print station in room 002 and they will be printed by Bergen hall staff and then be ready for pickup at one time each day on weekdays: 5:30pm

Two types of paper surfaces will be available: Kodak Lustre and Glossy. Monday-Wednesday will be Lustre print days. Thursday-Friday will be Glossy print days.

A $30 usage fee must be paid to use this station. This entitles you to 25 feet of 30 inch paper per quarter. (25 feet equals about 75 - 8x10s or 50 - 11x14s or 13 - 16x20s, 11 - 20x24s, 7 - 30x40s) This fee may be paid more than once, if the student uses up their original 25 foot allotment. You can pay this fee in a few different ways:

  1. Pay it online at your MySCAD space.
    • It's under the my info tab
    • go to "My Bursar Account" on the right side.
    • go to "make online payment."
    • Select the current term. Example "Winter 2009"
    • Enter your Credit Card Info
    • Make sure to save the receipt as a .pdf file and email us the receipt ( jrich@scad.edu)
    • Or you can print it out and drop it off at Bergen Hall office 405B.
  2. Go to Turner House express office and get a receipt and bring it to office 405B.
  3. Go to The Bursar's office at York Hall and get a receipt and bring it to office 405B.

***Students must have a receipt of payment to use the Epsilon Print Service***
